This private reference website is independent of every government agency. It does not store official criminal records, retrieve a person's file, conduct official checks, or submit documents on a visitor's behalf.

Its content identifies the Austin County Sheriff's Office, criminal court clerks, Texas Department of Public Safety, and Texas Public Sex Offender Registry as official sources. Some pages also provide access to independently operated research tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site

Use of the website is conditioned on an agreement not to:

• Use automated scrapers, bots, or similar collection tools against the pages
• Harass, threaten, or stalk a person using information found here
• Interfere with performance or prevent another visitor from gaining access
